Classes
The classes we offer at Balance Wellness are the foundation of our integrative model. Through practices such as meditation, breath work, & gentle movement classes that include yoga, tai chi and chi gong you will learn how to tap back into the technology that already exists in you to help maintain balance in the brain & nervous system, reduce stress, and make you feel more calm, in control and like yourself again.
We know stepping into these types of practices for the first time can be intimidating, so all classes are taught in a very accessible way so everyone can participate and benefit, no experience necessary! Our small class sizes create a welcoming space, we have props and elevated seating to ensure your comfort during practice.
